About

After working in the IT field for 6 years, I decided I was tired of fixing PC’s every day. So I traded my tools in for a MacBook and attended school for Graphic Design. I studied under the direction of Steve Huff in Roanoke VA, or as some call him.. “The Drill Sargent of Graphic Design Professors”. That guy took no lip and had zero tolerance for poor typography. A few years later and a little wiser, I was ready to march up to Washington D.C. where I got my first job as a Junior Designer. A year later I heard opportunity revving it’s engine and joined Team Velocity Marketing.

On the side, I help small businesses and non-profits with their design needs.
I'm an avid listener of heavy metal and hard rock who also plays guitar.

Print Design

It doesn't HAVE to be printed on a beer can, but that's always nice if it is!

Web & Social Graphics

I've literally used Photoshop for over half of my life. #BraggingRights.

Photography

I don't cover weddings, but I do indeed know my way around a Canon DSLR.

Other things I don't suck at.

HTML & CSS

It's not my specialty, but I've been known to get waist deep in code.

3D Modeling

I'm not too shabby at building 3D models, but trees are really hard.

Motion Graphics

Just don't expect anything crazy like Avatar level special effects and we're good.

Things I Actually Do Suck At

Please do not ask me to cook for a company potluck. I promise you it will end badly. How bad? Think the last season of Game of Thrones...
